Leading Initiatives for the Less Fortunate Together (L.I.F.T) is a community nonprofit organization established in 2014, aiming to bring awareness and resources to communities in need.  L.I.F.T started as an idea from a group of young professionals who wanted to directly impact the communities in which they lived and worked.

L.I.F.T supports the homeless and low-income population – those who have, for many reasons, fallen through the gaps in our communities and feel they have nowhere else to turn.  We work to strengthen community members by investing in a resolution for social issues such as poverty, food scarcity and homelessness.  Through clothing drives, hot meals, transitional housing, educational and life skills workshops, we are able to help vulnerable communities find the inner strength to take steps towards self-sufficiency and independent living.
